Open the tray
Click the ^ arrow in the bottom-right of the taskbar to show hidden icons.
Find the Request+ icon
Look for the Request+ logo in the tray.
Right-click → Quit
Right-click the icon and choose Quit (or Exit). The process fully terminates.
Reopen Request+
Launch Request+ from the Start menu or desktop shortcut. Chat and music connections re-initialize on startup.
If the tray icon is unresponsive, open Task Manager (Ctrl+Shift+Esc), find Request+ under Processes, and click End task.
Open the menu bar icon
Find the Request+ icon in the menu bar (top-right of your screen).
Click → Quit
Click the icon and choose Quit Request+.
Reopen Request+
Launch Request+ from Applications or Spotlight (⌘ + Space → “Request+”).
⌘ + Q with the Request+ window focused also fully quits the app. Closing the window with the red dot does not.
Open the tray icon
Click the Request+ icon in your desktop environment’s system tray / status bar.
Choose Quit
Select Quit from the menu.
Reopen Request+
Launch Request+ from your application menu.
Linux builds are community-supported and untested by the maintainer. Tray behavior depends on your desktop environment (GNOME may require an extension like AppIndicator Support).
