# Queue

> Manage the request queue and configure who can request songs.

The Request+ desktop client gives you full control over incoming requests, the playback queue, and who is allowed to request in the first place.

## Queue controls

From the main Request+ window you can:

* **Skip** the current track
* **Reorder** queued requests via drag-and-drop
* **Remove** a request
* **Approve** or **deny** pending requests (in manual approval mode)
* Adjust **volume**, **seek**, **shuffle**, **repeat**, and **like** on the active music platform

## Moderation rules

Open **Settings → Requests** to enable any combination of:

<AccordionGroup>
  <Accordion title="Moderators only">
    Only chat moderators (and you) can use `!sr`. Useful for raids or hectic chats.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Subscribers only">
    Restrict requests to subscribers. Supported on Twitch and YouTube.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Manual queue approval">
    Every request lands in a **Pending** list. Nothing plays until you approve it.
  </Accordion>

  <Accordion title="Guess the Song">
    Hides song info from the [overlay](/overlay) so chat can guess the track. Reveal it manually when you're ready.
  </Accordion>
</AccordionGroup>

For moderator chat commands that remove queue items or temporarily make requests moderator-only, see [Moderation commands](/moderation).

## Cooldowns and limits

You can configure per-user cooldowns and a maximum number of pending requests per viewer to prevent spam.

## Blocklists

Block specific tracks, artists, or users from the **Settings → Blocklist** screen. Blocked entries are rejected silently or with a chat reply (configurable).
